    Can't see the screenshot but I assume it's the Windows error accessing a reference at 0x000000 or something.

    If you're running full screen this will happen due to your graphics card losing the game focus when you alt tab and then having to re-access the memory when you alt-tab back in. Knowing SEGA the memory that is using before probably doesn't get freed until the program closes so more alt-tabbing means you will eventually run out of memory, causing that crash.

    What you can do to circumvent it is run the game in windowed and run a little script which when you press a key combo will resize it to full screen. That's if your resolution is 1920x1080...

    Otherwise you can use something called ShiftWindow to get the same effect.

    If this is a completely different problem then my bad, but this used to be the only way I could alt-tab out of FFXIV without it crashing and still play in psuedo-full screen.
